BUSINESS PLANS, MARKET RATIONALES

STRATEGIC ALLIANCES, PROJECT FUNDING

 

On average the Doultons drive the development of two new business plans and/or marketing strategies  each year.  About half are prepared for their own concepts and the other half are prepared for third parties.  Characteristically there is an outline of an idea and they undertake the research to flush out the market dynamics and write a cohesive business plan. 

 

The Business Plan usually defines a marketing concept that enables the creation of a set of defensible assumptions that can be readily quantified  and used in the development of  mobilization budgets, operating projections, financing motifs, balance sheets, cash flows, valuations, due diligence, building teams,  boards of directors and key executives.

 

Undertaking all of the major research themselves, they devise the rationale, write the text, develop the financial parameters and produce the final report.  In many instances these business plans are accompanied by promotional brochures, scale models, renderings, power point presentations, prototypes and proof of concept working models.

  

Over the years they have identified, and work with, a worldwide network of quality professionals to complete the tasks at hand.
